Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.
These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate. However:

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any product at any time without liability.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. Orders are not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- Products are unavailable
- Errors occur in pricing or descriptions
- We reasonably suspect misuse or intended human or animal consumption of the products
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the applicable currency.
For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, prices include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Orders shipped from our EU warehouse to EU customers are supplied within the European Union and do not normally require the customer to act as an importer or pay additional customs duties.
For deliveries outside the EU or UK, local taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
You agree to provide valid and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
For business customers, the risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.
For consumers in the UK and EU, the risk of loss passes upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Cold-Chain and Temperature Sensitivity
You acknowledge that certain products are temperature-sensitive. You are responsible for accepting delivery on the first attempt and promptly collecting parcels from carriers or depots. We are not liable for product degradation caused by missed deliveries or delays in collection, provided the shipment was dispatched correctly.
This does not affect your statutory rights where delivery failure is attributable to us or our carrier.
7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Due to the nature of our products, including temperature-sensitive research chemicals and laboratory reagents, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including where:
(a) goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or
(b) sealed goods are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Whether the right of withdrawal applies will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
Returns or refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We accept no liability for harm arising from misuse of the products, including unauthorized human or animal administration, to the extent permitted by law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AminoPept LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence.
14. RESEARCH USE ONLY & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
14.1 Research Use Only – No Human or Animal Use
All products sold by AminoPept LTD are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not medicines, food additives, drugs, cosmetics, supplements, or household chemicals.
Any introduction of these products into humans or animals is strictly prohibited and outside the scope of any lawful intended use. The products are not sterile and have not been tested for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
14.2 Not a Medicinal Product
The products available on this website have not been evaluated, approved, or authorized by the MHRA, EMA, FDA, or any other regulatory authority for medical use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
14.3 Buyer Declarations
By placing an order, you expressly warrant that:
- You are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, or possess equivalent expertise;

- You have appropriate facilities, safety equipment, and procedures for handling research chemicals.
14.4 Right to Refuse Sale and Zero-Tolerance Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice if we reasonably suspect the products may be used for unauthorized purposes.
Zero-Tolerance Policy:
If you contact us requesting dosage information, cycles, administration advice, or any guidance related to human or animal use, your order will be cancelled and you may be permanently banned from the store.
